Chris is the CEO of Health Super and is responsible for managing the Fund's operations, the compliance process, developing risk management strategies and assisting with the strategic direction of Health Super.
Chris began his career in banking with Westpac and worked in various banking roles for some 17 years before being appointed as Assistant Director, Finance and Liability Management in the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance, where he worked for 7 years and was responsible for overseeing the State’s liabilities, including contingent liabilities.
Chris has a Master of Business in Accounting and Finance from Victoria University and a Certificate of Business Studies (Real Estate) from RMIT, Melbourne.

Carol McKelson-Timmins – Chief Operations Officer

Carol has over 20 years experience in business process and change.
She has worked in a number of senior management roles in global companies including TXU, United Energy, Ikon Energy and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce. Her area of speciality is pioneering corporate strategies on operations, service marketing, governance, risk management, regulatory change and investment banking.
Carol holds several qualifications from RMIT and the Securities Institute of Australia. She has also participated in various leadership programs at the Melbourne Business School.
Carol has held a number of positions on energy industry boards and committees.

Graeme is an experienced Chartered Accountant. He gained his experience with the State Government of Victoria and accounting firm, Ernst and Young. He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Nurses Board of Victoria.
With his extensive public and private sector experience in areas across compliance, business realignment and performance improvement, Graeme is well positioned to help the fund grow in an increasingly complex and rapidly changing environment.

Brendon brings to Health Super many years of experience, having worked as a Senior Investment Analyst at Towers Perrin and UniSuper, and as a Fund Investment Analyst at BHP Billiton.
Brendon completed his Masters of Economics from the University of Western Australia in 1994, and has a Diploma in Applied Finance and Investments from the Securities Institute of Australia.

Laura has worked with Health Super for over 25 years. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Customer Relations, Correspondence, Payments and Data teams. Given her extensive experience with the company, Laura also has an excellent understanding of the Health Super Trust Deed and the Health Super Defined Benefit scheme.
Laura has a Graduate Certificate in Management from Southern Cross University, Lismore, a Diploma in Human Resources from Deakin University, Geelong and an ASFA certificate. She was also a member of the ASFA Victorian Executive committee for four years.

Chris has more than 16 years of experience in building, managing and developing state-of-the-art technology systems for the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Health Super, Chris worked as a Senior Business Analyst and in information technology (IT) for companies including Suncorp and KPMG. His main responsibility at Health Super is to manage the IT support and development team, the integration of Health Super’s e-commerce facility Health eSuper and the continuing development of technical solutions for business requirements.
Chris holds a Diploma in Computer Programming from Development Systems International, Melbourne.

Gitti has been involved with people for all of her career. She has worked in a wide range of industries from advertising to fashion.
Gitti holds formal qualifications as a Nurse and has a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Management from Deakin University, Melbourne.
At Health Super Gitti is responsible for managing payroll, recruitment, occupational health and safety, training and development and industrial relations. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and committee member of the Employee Relations Management Group.

Liewli has worked for Health Super for over 16 years. Having trained as an accountant, Liewli previously served as Health Super’s Investment Manager, and was one of the first women to hold a senior investment position in industry superannuation. In July 2002, Liewli assumed the role of Finance Manager.
Liewli holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and a Graduate Diploma in Business Information Technology from Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne. She is also an active member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.
