How do I apply for a Health Super Pension?Download a copy of the Health Super Pension Product Disclosure Statement and application form, or call us on our Superline on Freecall 1800 331 719 to obtain a copy. Note - Need to supply Certified Identification:You may be required to provide Certified Identification with your application form. Refer to our Double-Checking your identification flyer for details of acceptable documentation.

Who is Health Super Financial Planning?Health Super Financial Planning is the trading name of Health Super Financial Services Pty Ltd, AFSL 240019, a subsidiary of Health Super Pty Ltd. Health Super Financial Planning receives, from Health Super Pty Ltd, half of the account keeping fee applicable to Pension products in the Health Super Fund and fees for conducting educational seminars. This entitles all members of Health Super who have a Pension to an annual review of their financial situation at no extra cost. Ongoing contact with a Health Super Financial Adviser in addition to that listed above is generally available free of charge, but is at the discretion of the Adviser. What’s the minimum investment I can make?The minimum you can invest in a Health Super Pension is $20,000. There is no maximum investment.
What money can I use to invest?A Health Super Pension can only be purchased using superannuation money including rollovers and transfers from other superannuation funds. |
