If any changes to the Health Super Fund occur after the PDS is published, and those changes are not materially adverse, the updated information will be listed on this page. If the changes are considered to be materially adverse we will produce a new or supplementary PDS.

If there are any significant events or material changes which affect any information that is required to be in the PDS, we will notify current members directly.
