how do I apply?Applying for a Health Super Pension product is easy. You can either download Health Super’s Pension Product Disclosure Statement and complete the application form ensuring you read and understand the contents of the PDS before filling in the application form. Note - Need to supply Certified Identification:You may be required to provide Certified Identification with your application form. Refer to our Double-Checking your identification flyer for details of acceptable documentation. Or you can arrange to have a FREE appointment with a Health Super Financial Planning Retirement Planning Consultant. They will be able to walk you through the pensions products’ features and benefits and point you in the right direction.
