join Health Super in 3 simple steps
- Check with your Human Resources (HR) or Payroll Department to ensure that your employer is a Registered Health Super Employer.
- If your employer is a Registered Employer, simply tell them that you would like to join Health Super, and they will provide you with the necessary forms.
- You may need to supply Health Super's Statement of Compliance to your Payroll or HR Department.
Warning! don't pay more tax than you have to - provide your Tax File Number!
If you don't, excess tax applies and you will pay tax at 46.5% instead of 15% on before-tax (concessional) contributions including your employer Super Guarantee contributions. In addition, we won't be able to accept any personal after-tax (non-concessional) contributions from you at all.

Once your account has been activated and Health Super has received your first contribution, within three months you will be sent a 'Welcome to Health Super' kit containing a Product Disclosure Statement.
