We are about our members, so we like to keep in touch. We hope that the information we send you helps you understand your superannuation account and the options available to you.Here are some examples of the communication you can expect from us:
- When you join, you’ll receive a welcome pack with a handy member card, confirming your member number and other information. This will be issued to you within three months of receiving your employer’s contribution. For spouse accounts, your partner will also receive a welcome pack notifying them of their new member details.
- When you switch your investment option or make a withdrawal, we’ll provide you with written confirmation.
- You can confirm other transactions online via Health eSuper or on request by contacting us on 1800 331 719.
- Each year, we’ll send you an Annual Benefit Statement highlighting your benefit entitlements.
- Half-yearly, we’ll send you a snapshot of your transactions for the six-month period between 1 July and 31 December with an estimate of your account balance as at 31 December.
- Other information may be sent to you from time to time on super changes and new or existing products.
Accessing information
Keeping yourself up to date with the latest information and your account is important. We regularly update members to reflect any changes to superannuation, as well as specific information relating to Health Super’s investment and insurance options via this website.
