set up a Health Super accountJoining Health Super is easy. Click here to go to our 'join page' for employers and members.
access my Health eSuper account onlineRegister for Health eSuper and you can check your account balance, request changes to your investment choice, apply for additional insurance cover, view your contributions history, update your details and more – it’s so fast and easy. register for Health eSuper
speak to your Account ManagerThere is an Account Manager allocated to every member and every Health and Community Services organisation.
check my account balanceThe easiest way to check your super account balance, or to perform transactions on your account, is to activate your Health eSuper account.
rollover (combine) multiple super accounts from other super fundsDownload and complete a combine my super form then send it back to Health Super. If you want more information about combining your super – click here.
switch between Member Investment Choice optionsYou can change your Member Investment Choice options up to 12 times a year. Please provide Health Super with a written request or download and complete a change my Investment Choice form and return to Health Super. All investment switches are effective from the first day of the month following the date of your request. For example, if we recieve your request on the last day of the month your investment switch will be effective from the first day of the following month. Please note that investment switches can only be processed after the monthly crediting rates have been approved. This generally ocurs 2-3 weeks after each month's end. All investment returns are applied retrospectively, at the time of processing. You can also switch your investment option via Health eSuper. Click here to register or login.
top up my superThere are various ways you can add extra money into your super either with before-tax or after-tax money. Note: Subject to Government Contribution Caps
Health Super cannot accept personal (after-tax) contributions after 30 June 2007 unless we have your Tax File Number. 1 Please note: you must meet certain eligibility requirements. Check if you are eligible to make additional personal (after-tax) or salary sacrifice (pre-tax) contributions into your super.
cancel a request you have madeSimply provide Health Super with a written request on or before the day you receive receipt of your original request.
change my personal detailsJust contact Health Super via phone, email or in writing and let us know what details have changed. Some changes are required in writing and may need to be accompanied by Certified Identification. Download Health Super’s Double-Checking your identification flyer. Why not update your details online? You can do so through Health eSuper!

make an insurance claimPlease contact us on 1800 331 719 if you wish to make an insurance claim. Please call Health Super to discuss your claim. Appropriate documentation to lodge your claim will then be sent to you. Some claims may be subject to a minimum waiting period.
nominate a person to receive my benefits if I dieDownload and complete a nominate my beneficiaries form. There is some important information on Death benefit nominations you should read about in Health Super’s current Product Disclosure Statement.
make a withdrawalNo minimum amount applies. To withdraw money from your account, you must meet a condition of release and you may need to supply Certified Identification. Check when you can access your super money.
