How to join (members)

Thanks for your interest in joining Health Super.

How to join

We've made the process as simple as possible - just follow the instructions below.

  1. Check with your Human Resources (HR) or payroll department to see if your employer is a registered Health Super employer.
  2. If they are, let them know that you'd like to join Health Super, and they'll provide you with the necessary forms. If they're not, they will need to register as an employer
  3. Check with your HR or payroll department if you need to supply a copy of our Statement of Compliance.

What happens when I join?

When we receive a contribution from your employer, an account is opened in your name. You will be sent further information about your membership, including your member number and details of any insurance and investment options that apply to you. This can take up to three months from when we receive a contribution from your employer.

Spouse Members

If you are the spouse of a Health Super member you can also join Health Super. For Spouse members, a separate application must be completed by the Health Super member and their spouse before the spouse account can be established. Please refer to our Member Guide for more information.
