All of our employers and members are important to Health Super. And we want to make sure we can contact you or your employees if we need to.
There might be changes to your account management, or special offers for you to take advantage of.
It may be that you need to update your address or change your name. You should contact your account manager as a first step to update any employer details.
Member details
Just like you, we like to stay in touch with our members. It’s important that we have their current name, residential address and other details to ensure we can let them know about super and their account.
If an employee changes their details, as well as updating your own systems, it’s important for the member to let us know about the change of details. This ensures that multiple accounts aren’t opened for them and that they can keep in touch with their super.
Members can use the Change my details form to make these changes.
