Jo Bourke - Director of Governance, Barwon Health Jo has led the way in making safety and quality an integral part of nursing and inter-disciplinary practice at the local, state and national levels. |

Martin Keogh - Clinical Services Director, Alfred Health Martin has significantly influenced the way wards are managed through clarification of the role of the Nurse Manager. He also led the development of the nursing scorecard and this innovation has enhanced reporting and monitoring of key indicators for Nursing. |
