Leadership in Nursing and Midwifery Awards

Major Award winner - Vanessa Watkins

Vanessa Watkins - Clinical Midwife Consultant, Eastern Health Vanessa has significantly influenced the care of women at Eastern Health with a project that has created a more collaborative healthcare framework and enhanced options for women during pregnancy. Regional Finalist Award winner - Jo Bourke

Jo Bourke - Director of Governance, Barwon Health Jo has led the way in making safety and quality an integral part of nursing and inter-disciplinary practice at the local, state and national levels. |
Metropolitan Finalist Award winner - Martin Keogh
 |
Martin Keogh - Clinical Services Director, Alfred Health Martin has significantly influenced the way wards are managed through clarification of the role of the Nurse Manager. He also led the development of the nursing scorecard and this innovation has enhanced reporting and monitoring of key indicators for Nursing. |
